Well, the year has started earlier than we thought! We had the opportunity to go to Bultins at Minehead for the first weekend in March to see Colin Raye who was over here from America. We had an excellent 3 evenings of live music in the company of good friends. The rain lashed down and the wind blew but all in all a good time was had by everyone.
From Minehead we made our way 46 miles to Cheddar and found ourselves a spot at
Cheddar Bridge Touring Park for a couple of nights. It was a lovely peaceful place for adults only, by the river, a short walk in to the village and then up round the Gorge. There were about 4 or 5 motorhomes like us doing an early set-everything-up trip. We were lucky in that we had one whole day of sunshine and not unduly cold so were able to get out and have a walk around the area. Suffice to say we would be quite happy to go back there for a longer visit.

Then it was home again, in the rain and wind, looking forward to our next outing which should be at the end of the month.
